Director statement

Raymond has over 12 years of experience as a construction manager and qualified builder. Over the years he has managed many multi-disciplinary teams over a wide range of large and small constructions projects. Raymond’s strength and passion lies in embracing an innovative approach to each project and ensuring best practice is maintained from start to finish.  

Loui Bayssari

Loui has been in the construction industry for almost 22 years and is well known for his outstanding reputation for delivering exceptional results on all sites under his supervision. He has been at JMJHOMES since day one and is an integral part of the on site delivery team.
 Loui’s main strengths are in his on site operational management and his knowledge of all aspects of the construction process.

Mathew Canna

Mathew has over 20 years experience in the construction industry. His experience has granted him a reputation for delivering exceptional results in residential and commercial sites. Mathew’s specialty remains in building and maintaining client relationships, business development as well as providing high-level counsel on project delivery.
